Here in New York City, the average starting salary for a Marketing Manager is $123,500. The median salary jumps to $179,100, while senior-level managers can earn as much as $244,900.

Skills & credentials required for HVAC marketing positions
Many companies look for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in marketing (or sometimes a master’s degree) especially for management positions.
