Two of the leading organizations supporting HVAC & Refrigeration workers and businesses, UA and MCAA, have teamed up to formally promote vaccination among their members. UA (United Association) is our national union for HVAC & Refrigeration service workers, along with workers in other trades. MCAA (Mechanical Contractors Association of America) supports 2,600 firms nationwide involved in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, piping, and mechanical service, with educational materials and programs.
Here’s a letter that clearly outlines their joint position on vaccination and encourages workers to get vaccinated to protect everyone. We found it inspiring, so we decided to share it with our readers.
